It's very easy to use but your favorite oil wait till it heats up and start frying. It works wonders my babies love their fried food and it helps so much. It came with a thermometer so you can keep an eye on the heat levels super easy to clean and you can even leave the wild in there for the next use. It's perfect and it doesn't take a lot of space .

The pan is quite thin and seems cheap. Thermometer broke after 2 uses , the pan is ok for deep frying as of right now. I don’t recommend this product

I bought this a few months ago and finally pulled it out to make orange chicken. It sits on your stove top and gets hot pretty fast if you have your burners on high. I double fry my chicken pieces. I usually have 2 batches. It cooks then so tender. I need to find something to filter the oil now. But I would buy this again if I lost this one.
