I bought this as a Christmas gift for my daughter. She wants to teach herself how to decorate cakes. It has everything a beginner would ever want or need to begin the process. It is all included in this really cool storage box so you can keep it all together unlike what we had all thrown into a drawer and trying to find it all and line it up on the counter and hope you had all the tips you needed.

The case and some of the tools are cheaply made, but the piping tips work wonderfully, and I haven't had any bend, break, or rust, and it's been over a year. The case, though thin and wobbly, hasn't broken either. My toddler uses it to hold her play doh tools, and it has held up surprisingly well to her rough treatment of it.

My daughters and I enjoy baking cupcakes and cookies. I found this decorating kit to be a delight for novices like us!It comes with a TON of accessories, some of them I have no idea what they’re used for.There spatulas, serrated edge cutters, levelers, cupcake papers, piping tops, measuring cups. Definitely over 300 pieces in this box!The kit is sturdy and holds the millions of accessories included.For the price I couldn’t resist.This is a great kit for novice bakers!

I purchased this unit because, as far as I could see, it was the only one that had individual posts to hold the tips upright and a cover to hold them in place. Yes, it came with lots of goodies, but I had my own goodies I wanted to store all in one place. Unfortunately this is not the place to store them. The case is very flimsy and will not hold up to any wear and tear as it was torn upon arrival making it useless for my needs. Asking for a replacement isn't going to improve the quality or durability. It would make a nice gift for a 12 year old who is just starting into cake decorating, if you have a roll of tape to hold it together.
