I ordered these bungees in the black color to help support sagging branches on my gorgeous evergreen bushes after my dog damaged them. Some others got their shapes loosened up by the weight of ice and snow separating their beautiful upright positions. I just took one of these high quality 3 foot black bungee cords and hooked it on to a string tight branch on one side of the saggy bush and wrapped it around and caught it on another strong branch on the other side. The surrounding branches immediately closed around it encasing it from being visible so that once again the bush had its pristene gorgeous shape. I am sure that bush appreciated that nice strong extra support so that it did not have to make the extra effort to hold itself up. The black bungee cord blended in so well that it was totally invisible. These are such nice, strong bungees that I am glad I double ordered them since they’ve got sooo many and varied uses and I like to set in supplies of quality materials—all matching—whenever I stumble upon high quality affordable items.

I use these cords in the bed of my truck to hold bins and gear in place. They have a little more "give" than I would like. The hooks and material are holding up well after 3 months of regular use.

High quality. Heavy duty bungees. Thick cord, more than 3/8" thick. Nice firm stretch (not wimpy). They're heaver by weight than my last pair. The hooks are thick, not too long. They're completely covered with a thick hard rubber (?) coating, with no sharp edges. The coating is smooth to the touch, not "rubbery". The braided cord covering has a little fuzz, but is pretty smooth and very shiny. The metal wire "clamp" that holds the cord together so it doesn't go through the hook, is thick and has no exposed sharp edges.They do have a chemical smell (probably the band rubber off gassing), but I don't care about that.

These cords are sturdy with good hooks. And they are 36" in length(unstretched)I recommend these cords.
