These were cute but the most of the markers broke and the eggs would get rather crumbly if you were coloring multiple colors.

We got these because we were traveling for Easter/Spring Break and didn’t want to lug the plastic ones we have. The kids (and all of us) enjoyed decorating the eggs and getting to be creative. Would definitely suggest this item.

I am quite pleased to share these cardboard eggs with my grandkids instead of the plastic ones that have been used as long as I can recall. I will add that some person left negative review incorrectly (complaining that they receive 23 eggs instead of 36). Please note that the product description indicates 36 pieces - not eggs. There are 24 eggs + 12 coloring pens = 36. Perhaps that consumer was shorted one egg, but I receive all 24 and am pleased.

The eggs served the purpose I needed them for. However, there were only 24 eggs. The 12 markers makes up the 36 pieces. A lesson learned the hard way. Always read the fine print!!!

We're very satisfied to have paper mache eggs without plastic for a more eco friendly option.

Only 24 eggs!! Beware. Otherwise, good quality, good size, a bit bigger than real eggs. The markers coming with are great, not ideal on papier mache though
