Ordered this pentastar 3.6l timing tool kit to replace the timing gears, phaser, and timing chain in a vehicle. I had a vehicle where the engine was running very ruff and there seemed to be a conflict in the cylinder. Well it turns out the timing chain had slipped two teeth on the front bank and was causing the valves to be off. This tool kit ensured that while I was removing the timing gears and chain the camshafts did not rotate and cause bigger problems. This tool kit is invaluable if you need to do a timing job in your vehicle. This tool is easy to use, the job itself not so much.Overall, this tool made my life easier by not allowing the cam shafts to move.

This kit is awesome. Its actually the second one I own. The first one worked great but it broke when I FORCED in. Not the tools fault at all. I had to replace it because its just such a good tool to have around. If you work on all makes and models, you will eventually need this kit.
