Overall, this was fine, but it was missing the word banner which was disappointing.

Quality is not bad, but it comes disassembled. You have to work and hard to put it together. It was time consuming.

The product is nice and vibrant in color but is alot of unnecessary work. I ordered this and assumed that the congratulations banner was already on string....not. Also the plastic hooks for the spiral pieces should already be on them. Too much work when you have little time.
