I hate to say it but this came from China and the runout is excellent and machines great. I took around .004" off to clean it up and I could have taken less as it cleaned up completely..The 1.5" OD was 1.4975" and I have never purchased Grade 5 Ti which was a true 1.5" regardless..The price was a lot less but you know,,Its China but its Ti 5...
