These posts are perfect for expanding a photo album. I am making an old fashioned album of family photos of my mother's to mark her passing last year. Some of the photos are over seventy years old and most are a great variety of shapes. I decided to use a paper back with adhesive corner tabs that the photos fit into. Due to the volume of pictures the album has gotten quite thick. These posts allow you to add about a 1/3 inch at a time. The metal is solid and they don't bend or crimp when multiple are screwed together. They all screw in together without issue, easily and without threading crookedly. Definitely a must for this type of album!

I got these Chicago screws to use when making refillable journals. I didn't know extension posts were a thing so I am happy to be able to make journals with even more pages.The product is exactly as described and pictured. The three parts are all mixed together; it would have been nice if they were separated but as it is, I like having everything in a compact container.

This is a great set of 38 pieces. They are made or sturdy material and are of great quality. i got these to make journals. They work amazing. The only thing that would have been nice is if they came separated but it didn't take that long to sort them out.
