Works great and very affordable for the thickness, I’ve use similar products in the past and this is just as good as the more expensive stuff. Works better for heat insulation then it does for sound deadening but will definitely get rid of the “ting and twang†sounds you get from metal fenders, panels, etc.I picked up the 36sqft precut squares to put in the hatch after repairing sunroof drain lines that popped out of their fittings and decided the spare wheel well was a better spot to drain all the Pacific Northwest rain 🤦â€â™‚ï¸ anyway since I had the back all taken apart and since I’d taken out the oem (moldy) jute I needed to replace it with something so it didn’t sound like I was driving outside of the vehicle. Needless to say this stuff worked amazing and even had enough to do under the hood as well. If your trying to dampen sound for a subwoofer then I’d recommend going with the buytl, it’ll work much better but if you want something heat oriented with a little sound dampening that is lightweight and easy to work with then the foam is the way to go. Would recommend taping all the seams with proper aluminum tape to maximize results and give everything a more professional appearance.It’s worth mentioning this stuff is fairly thick so it may be difficult to snap panels back in place in certain areas so it if it’s a tight area then use some thinner material especially if you put over the holes that the clips go into. Assuming you tape the seams you’ll have nice transitions and just because nobody will ever see your work doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be done correctly.

I installed on the entire floor and inside the front doors of an SUV. This makes such a difference! Before I had trouble hearing my airpods going down the highway, but now I can hear my phone on speaker. Great product, easy to install. Measure and cut before peeling! It sticks very well. Vibration, sound and insulation are better.

Easy to apply. Just degreased the floor pans with simple green and a rag. 4/5 stars. Only question will be longevity. Does well with heat and sound.

Works good! Used it on a ATV to mask and reduce engine and body noise going through the woods. Placed it on the inner baffles and body panels and made a good difference. I’m going to use some of it on my diesel truck next to help with sound deadening

The dimensions measured are very generous and slightly larger than advertised. Thickness: 394 mils = .394 inches, Advertised dims: L x W x T: 15.7 x .394 inchesMeasured dims: L x W x T = 16 x 13.1 x .4 inchesThe adhesive is strong, but it is possible to remove in case of misplacements during install. Very easy to cut.

Definitely stays wherever you apply it, so measure, make templates and be exact where you intend to place it because you cannot move it after application. Excellent sound and heat deflection

Är lite tvivelaktigt hur mycket dom hjälper och ur bra dom kommer sitta kvar men dom verkar sitta rätt så bra och känns ganska rejäla. Ingan superkvalité men tror det duger. Ska öppna upp om några månader för att se hur det ser ut. Är lite rädd att det skulle smälta under varma sommardagar nästa år eller lossna på grund av fukt men man får väl se när tiden kommer. Hjälper det förbättra ljudet så kanske man köper något dyrare då.

I used this to insulate the engine compartment of my sailboat, the product is easy to cut and apply and the adhesive is very high quality. Did a great job of reducing noise inside the cabin with the diesel auxiliary running. Would recommend highly.
