I am disappointed when I received my order. The chart is creased and basically useless to use. There was a plastic cover that I believe the chart was to be inserted in that no one was nice enough to insert it in so the chart would be useable. I was looking forward to using this chart in my dermatology clinic but I can not. I would be nice to receive a replacement and sent in proper packaging. Not sure who is at fault. I have been buying products from Amazon for years and never was so disappointed.

Poster received with wrinkles and fold marks.Corners/edges were ripped with what looked like stapler marks. Have to go through the hassle of doing this and sending it back from refund. Not impressed .

We ordered this item not just once but 3 times already. First time the poster was tagged as a lost item. So our item got cancelled then refunded. 2nd time ordered the items didn't arrive on time and then suddenly it was tagged as delivered when it wasn't even handed to us at all. When asked for tracking with details nothing was provided. Now for a 3rd time we ordered this poster and it finally did arrive, but it came damaged. It looked used or something that came out of recycling. The box that it came in was perfectly fine, but the poster was bent in, part of the backing ripped, edges bent & ripped. It was in terrible condition. So awful, when you've paid $35 for this poster. Do not buy!
