I've tried quite a few different build surfaces for my printers. While I have a preference for glass in many instances, some prints can have difficult first layers, especially with models that have little build plate contact at the start of a print. I'd been using magnetic polycarbonate surfaces when I knew a print would likely separate from the glass. Frequently, PC build surfaces come with an ultra-thin magnet for the aluminum bed. I started experimenting with PEI coated steel plates which typically come without a base magnet, and some of the PEI sheets will lift at the corners when their placed on weak magnets.I bought two of these Twotrees PEI sheets for less than $16 a piece. That's a stellar price for a double sided PEI sheet of this size, 310mm X 310mm, especially since Twotrees included a base magnet. The base magnet included with these sheets is much thicker than what typically ships with these build plates, if any at all. I always orient the base magnets so that the PC sheets I use most frequently will hold solid. In addition to the thickness of the base magnets included with these plates, they hold the steel plates extremely well, even with higher bed temperatures.I've been using these sheets on two of my CR-10 knock-offs, a CTC A10s and Sunlu S9 Plus for several weeks, both sides, textured and smooth with fantastic results. The PEI coating on both sides of both sheets has held up remarkably well, in fact, I really can't tell that either sheet has ever even been used by looking at them.I think I'm going to order two more of these, one for my Anet A8 Plus, and one to keep for a spare. Since the Anet's bed is only 300mm X 300mm, there will be a 5mm overhang on all sides, however, I'll cut the magnet with a paper cutter to perfectly fit the aluminum, and the 5mm overhang of the steel sheet will not interfere anywhere as that machine is so widely open.I'm currently printing V-Slot covers for the newer of the two CR-10 knock-offs, the Sunlu S9 Plus, using both CR-10 knock-offs. Using these magnetic PEI sheets allows me to print the entire 310mm X 310mm volume without having to deal with bed clips getting in the way of the nozzles. This allows me to print slot covers up to 400mm diagonally on a 310mm X 310mm bed with the greatest of ease. These are fantastic, and thus far, I have zero complaints!

I bought this to replace the flimsy print sheet that came on my Sunlu s9+. It fits perfectly and both sides works great.

PLA has issues, but careful low heat seems to be okay.

Make note that I haven’t tested the print quality yet, but size is good, take time in sizing.I had to trial and error this process to find correct size as manufacturer wasn’t accurate. Take a square to measure and go from there (metric is best!!).Installing magnetic backing was an easy too!!Line corner to corner.Overall can’t wait to test the bed adhesion.

looks to be a good build plate, however mine arrived with a corner bent. I don't think this is a problem with the plate, rather the shipping container. But the end result is it is not usable. I tried several times to bend it back, and attempted to use at least one side for smaller prints. But eventually just threw it away out of frustration. I'm sure the 90-99% of those who ordered one that wasn't bent would give this 5 stars. So take my review as a warning about shipping damage, not as a knock on the plates quality.

I have 3 Monoprice printers. Even putting on brand new printing pads you almost have to pry every print off. With this pad I pick up the edge and the print pops right off! Highly recommend. Very satisfied
