I had a few items that either wouldn't scan with my 3D scanners or I'd get inaccurate results. Mostly due to the surface reflections or the color. I tried this spray and I was able to scan every one of them!

This stuff smells terrible. Like if cancer had a smell, this is what it would smell like. It starts to sublimate rather quickly. I was barely able to get my entire part sprayed before it was starting to disappear in places.Stick to the foot powders or talcum powder.

I'm relatively new to 3D scanning, but in the past six months, I've built an OpenScan Classic and acquired a Creality CR-Scan Ferret Pro. Throughout this journey, I've (until now) stubbornly avoided any dedicated 3D scanner spray, as I've heard that one can get by perfectly well with other much cheaper products (foot powder spray, for instance). Apparently, I've heard wrong: This stuff (3DTOOLS 3D Scanner Spary) works SOOOooo much better than other sprays I've used (smells better, too). My success rate has gone through the roof, and I'll definitely not waste time on home-brew solutions again.

I was having some issues while scanning some objects with my CR-Scan 01 when they were reflective or very dark. This spray totally came in to save the day. The best of it is that it doesn't require any cleaning afterwards as it simply disappears. I'll certainly be buying it again

Very disappointing! This product left a streaky residue on our company scanner/ printer. We ended up having to call the company that services our devices to thoroughly clean the scanner/ printer after using this because we could not remove the streaks on our own.
