The safety vent flap has been upgraded. The weights is not easy to fall off. It come with 5 calibration weights, when installing, you need to install corresponding weights according to the power of your dryer. The user manual has a corresponding calibration guide.
Increase the filtering function of the water system, which can be used in conjunction with polyester filters and stainless steel mesh filters. Filter out large and heavy lint dust. Increase the air humidity in a dry place. Dropping aromatherapy into the water tank can also freshen the indoor air. You can also leave the water tank empty if you are worried about humidity.
Just gently press, the door frame can be completely disassembled. Easy to clean and replace the filter.

This and the reviews are spot on. It does an excellent job being that there is a water lint trap along with a metal screen and blue filter screen. This is for an electric dryer. The humidity is quite minimal and good clean air that comes out. Build quality, ease of use and the perfect size. I installed mine in our basement and didn't want to cut holes.

Works very well. Was able to turn off electric heater in laundry room. Easy to put on wall and attach vent hose. This is a good quality unit, the filter works very well also. Saved my dryer from the winter!! No dust or water so far.

What I really liked about this product was the ease of using it. It was simple to set up and simple to use. I bought this because since purchasing an older home, the dryer setup needed to be updated. This was a quick fix for the meanwhile. I've been using it for about 2 months now, and I haven't had any problems. It's a good build quality, the size is comparable to a piece of paper, and works very efficiently. Durability of this product id give a 10 because I may have dropped it once or twice, and it still works efficiently as if I had not. It was meant to be a bandaid solution that might turn into a permanent one.

You're not going to collect all lint, and the filter clogs up fast so you'll need to buy a bunch of filters just to keep it working cleanly. But I haven't found better alternatives. Keep the bottom tray filled with water, and adjust the top "override" lid with the correct weight. Basically put no weight on it, run your dryer, then if the lid opens up, add weight until it drops. Maybe add one more, because it'll open when the filter is clogged and the pressure inside is high enough to push that override lid up... then you'll have lint everywhere because nothing is filtering.

I have a gas dryer. I have a son with respiratory sensitivities. I’ve tried just about everything I could think of to reduce dust/lint. I had no idea how much I needed this. Since installing this filter, we have not had one asthma type issue. A real life changer! I’ve been vacuuming the filter to prolong life. It’s been working wonders in our house!

It was super simple to install. It only took my wife and I about 5 minutes total. The parts are solid and well built. My laundry room is not the best insulated room as it is attached to my garage. This setup will definitely help heat the room during the winter and helps keep the room smelling laundry fresh!!On a side note to consider, one i did not originally. If you have exposed cold water pipes where this will be venting, it will most certainly cause those pipes to build condensation and sweat. The first load my wife put into the dryer, we quickly figured that one out. It was easy enough to fix, just bought some foam pipe insulation sleeves and it was all good after that. Just keep that in mind if you have an open ceiling in your laundry room.

I was recommended this product by my washing machine repair man.This is so easy to install worth every penny works great keeps the lint in the tray where the water is so you do not have the mess of lint everywhere .

While remodeling a property that did not have a dryer vent in a utility room that is surrounded by solid concrete walls, I looked for a solution and bought this.After using it once, I found myself avoiding doing laundry at this property. After using it a second time, I decided I have to look for a more sustainable solution and had a pipe installed through several solid concrete walls to vent hot humid air outside. While this product does pick up loose lint, it does nothing to the hot and extremely humid air that comes out of the dryer hose. That air gets recycled, but the room only gets hotter and more humid as the clothes are being dried and there's no place for the hot humid air to go. I found the extra humidity that sat in the utility room promoted mildew growth on clothes that were kept there on clothes hangers. If you live in a cool dry climate and need the extra heat and humidity, then this is a viable solution that has multiple upsides. I live in a tropical area and have to run the air conditioner constantly to cool down the house and lower the humidity. When the dryer is in use with this device, my air conditioner has to work extra hard to counteract the effects of the air exiting the clothes dryer. It is an impractical solution.

Easy to install, works well. As others have mentioned, it does put out a bit of heat and humidity, so maybe don't run it in 30°C weather. Great solution for a dryer that didn't dry things due to the exhaust run being too long. Cheaper than installing booster fans or rerouting exhaust run!

Great product that works as described. I moved in to a new place that did not have a dryer ventilation exhaust port and was looking at a very expensive modification to my washer/dryer room. This product was easy to install and was able to avoid unnecessary damage to the room. The room for my washer / dryer is extremely small and connected to a bathroom. I installed facing outward towards the bathroom window. I have had no issues with moisture as my bathroom has a small fan vent leading outside. Perfect solution for those needing a simple solution.

Buen producto para atrapar la pelusa. Lo instale en un centro de lavado de gas, funciona muy bien con la bandeja de agua. El filtro y la bandeja se deben limpiar constantemente. No elimina el CO2 por lo que se debe tener bien ventilado. Tampoco elimina el calor.
