If you are a cleaning service provider of large facilities this mop is a must have. You can cover so much ground quickly and with half the effort. You'll never go back to the old mopping system. And I wasn't paid to say this...

This product It’s not worth one star this applicator it’s not worth $300 and more. The bag keeps getting clogged up the tube keeps getting clogged up and every time you unclog you wax another two minutes and it’s clogged up again I ordered a replacement didn’t get a chance to send the trash back and now I’m charged again it is not worth it!!!

We use these all the time and have laid more than one million square feet of finish. It's best to use their fill station with a 60 mesh cone filter. Many finishes have little pieces of solid material floating in the finish and a 60 mesh filter still allows for a fast refill pour and the bags will NEVER clog with filtered finish. The tubes do dribble a little bit so release the trigger a bit before the end of your stroke. One person can lay 3,000 square feet+ of finish per hour and a major bonus over a mop is that it keeps plastic cove base very clean. We use our Easy Shine almost exclusively on new VCT which requires 4 coats after initial heavy cleaning and it blows away a mop. No comparison at all. End of the day just dump your unused finish into the original bucket and flush the bag and tube out with clean water. If you're working with the finish the next day, it's fine to leave it in the bag. We have jobs that last up to 2 weeks and we leave the finish in the bag at the end of the day as well as over the weekend and we have never had any problems with clogs. Never. Just remember those 60 mesh cone filters (the paper filters used with a cup gun for automotive type finishes) and you will never have a problem.
