I used this for holding things down in my trunk. When you use the hook and loop it holds very strong. The adhesive is very strong also.

two rolls as described, 1 roll is part A of velcro strip, the other is part B. Just measure and cut equal sections of each, stick together, peel protective cover from one side and apply to item. repeat for other side

We are using this hook and loop on fabric curtains. It has the perfect balance between grip and ease of separation. While it is self adhesive, we had to use staples to hold the loop side to a wood frame. We also had to sew the fluffy fiber side to the fabric we are working with because the adhesive wouldn't hold. To be fair, I didn't really expect that the adhesive would be useful for anything other than positioning before sewing to create a more permanent bond.

I used this to attach a bed mat to my truck and it worked perfectly. The glue is strong on both sides and I can easily remove the mat without taking the strips off either the truck or mat .

This has good adhesive and goes on easily. I used one side on a fabric valance and the other on a painted wall -- no problem.

The hook-and-loop aspect works and is pretty strong. The adhesive side is...OK. On one use (on cloth) it was hard getting it to completely adhere and pulling the two sides apart wound up just pulling it off of the cloth. I used a little superglue to hold it but it's not the best thing in the world. It did stick pretty well on the other use but I assume that's because I was sitting on top of it for a while and I am a big guy.The ad is a little bit misleading, IMO. I thought I was getting two full 10-ft rolls of Velcro-like tape for the price and instead it's one 10-foot roll of the hook tape and one 10-foot roll of the loop tape, making 10-feet total of usable tape, which goes fast. I had intended to use this on my sofa cushions, some drapes, and a couple of speakers that kept getting knocked over and I only really had enough for the sofa plus a little left over for odd jobs.Aside from it being less tape than I thought (which I guess could be my own fault for misunderstanding), the setup is just not very practical. Since the rolls don't come prejoined or on the same roll the way Velcro-brand tape does, it's entirely on you to figure out how to precisely measure, cut and place each one so that they match well--and it's not really feasible. I ended up having more tape on one side than on the other both times I used this because I'm one person trying to hold a spool open, a tape measure open, and scissors all at the same time. That said, for the price it is a pretty good value. I might just choose name-brand Velcro next time since it's in an easier-to-use package.
