I like the 3M PELTOR X5 headphones. I have not replaced the cushions and liners since I only wear the headphone occassionally .

I work right next to an air compressor all day, within 20 feet of two other air compressors. Noticed all of a sudden one day that my X5A headset wasn’t doing as much as I thought it was. Replacement parts made them work like new again, bought an extra package for next year.

These replacements do not replace the ear covers on the X5A that they say they will. The covers are just a little to small and don't fit the snap in like the ones made by 3M or Peltor do. Save your money and your sanity. Don't buy.
