The battery strap takes a little work to get on but is definitely secure enough for immersion cleaning of the battery.

The only good part of this kick is the dust caps the battery safety strap is a joke and the strap doesn't match the pic the The triangular wedge that grabs the strap and holds it in place is facing the opposite direction from the picture they have posted and does not work
