Last year we had to evacuate due to a natural disaster and with that we were obviously taking our cats. We ended up packing one of their smaller litter boxes, but it was still quite cumbersome plus, it was although clean a used litter box and that’s just not something one really wants to handle and travel with. These are the perfect solution! Now, if we ever have to evacuate, I know we can have a temporary litter box that folds flat and will not have any residual odor while in vehicles for a long time in traffic usually due to other evacuees and such. These would also be a great solution for traveling and wanting to put out some extra litter boxes for your cats so that way when you get back, you simply can just close them up and toss them out completely. The cardboard does look rather thick and has a nice coating on it so I would expect them to last a few days in a travel/evacuation scenario

My step-daughter was given a new kitten, and she likes to bring it back and forth between her dad and mom's homes. I didn't want a litter box sitting in her bathroom on the off week when she's at her mom's, since as a teen she's likely to forget to scoop it or change it as frequently as needed. With these, she can toss it on her way out at the end of the week, and the next week she's back, we can put together a new one.They were easy to assemble, just 4 little clips in each corner to hold the sides up and provide some protection to keep littler from being kicked out. The cardboard is nice and thick, as long as you're not skimping on the litter, or reusing them for too long, there shouldn't be any issues with leaking.The size is perfect for a full grown cat, so more than large enough for a kitten. He has no issues climbing in and out over the lower side, and immediately began using it once we set one up.The scoop leaves a little to be desired. I found the easiest way to use it, and it stay together, was to put my thumb over the sides that fold in to make up the back of the scoop. It's possible I missed a step when assembling it, there wasn't super specific directions, but it seemed pretty self explanatory.Overall, it works amazingly well for what we need it for

Overall, this reusable litter box is really good. It's sturdy and is easy to put together. I used it for about four days and it didn't leak. I do wish the sides were taller because a bit too much litter comes out of the box when my cats go in and out of it. The scoop is also not very sturdy, thus it's not particularly useful. I believe it's a decent choice for a travel litter box.

this a great for when you are traveling for just a a day or two with your fur baby. we have pee pads that we put on the bottom so we can switch them out when they fill it out and still use the box for a bit longer. the boxes are sturdy and easy to put together. great value for your money!

Unfortunately these did not work out for my cats. Walls are way to short for a cat that likes to stand up to poop.These are a no for me.. back to kitty poo club

As of about a week age, I had two cats and gained a third - but I only had one cat box. Fortunately, the two older cats have access to outside and do their business....well, I don't wanna know where.Anyway, I decided to try out the disposable litter boxes until I could get another "purrmanent" cat box. Winter is coming, and the other two will bring their business inside for the winter soon, I'm sure.The package comes with 3 boxes. Well-made and coated with plastic rendering the whole enterprise waterproof from what I've seen. Takes less than 5 minutes to put together with provided snap-fit closures. As for the 'origami' added scoop, it folds up easy enough, but I'm sticking to my regular metal scoop.The new cat, Maggie, took to the box in a heartbeat, even before I could get it filled with cat litter. If I had one complaint, it's that the box isn't that high to begin with, so the step-in cutout (for easy entry?) is just an opportunity to get cat litter pawed out on the ground. There are also two hand holds (which are optional to open), but I see tham as just additional places to have litter knocked out.Seller says 2-3 weeks use is to be expected. Easy enough to clean out and the price is about right and easy storage of the remaining two. Long term? I'll probably get a permanent cat box, but for now, Maggie's gets her 'catisfaction' in the disposable cat box.
