As advertised, 1/4" router bits with a ball nose, multiple flutes, and a coating that is intended to preserve lifespan. These are well balanced and well made. Smooth shanks that appear almost polished. The flutes are sharp and spiral up in a very consistent pattern. Have to run them to test them out, but the value is there for the kit in any event.

I've got a big shaping project coming up for my medium sized (1x1.5m) CNC router, and so I'm planning to use these bits for that effort. Although I haven't cut with them yet, they seem to be quite well made, with a decent job on the coating, and very nicely formed flutes, especially at the tip. The slots look like they should be great at pulling material up out of the cut, too. Only caveat: They are very slightly undersized (~0.0015"), though, so be sure to mic them and punch in the actual size before doing precision fit work.
