My son’s cat is funny. He would intentionally pee over the side of his litter box so when I was cat sitting, I got this after he peed on my wall while looking at me. Since he was only staying with us a week I just had a cheap regular plastic litter box It was easy to attach this, I had to clean off the side of the plastic, then attach the sticky side to the wall because of the shape and size of the litter box. It did bend a little so I had to overlap them. There was a slight space in the way I did it, but it was high up it was funny watching his cat try to pee through this one spot, but he did not get over the side so this was definitely effective my son who has a higher better litter. Box really liked it because his cat had peed over once or twice, so I got him a set too. These were easy to clean. The size was good. It went up high enough and it prevented Jacen from peeing on the walls. It also seems like it’d be easy to remove. I did not do that since I don’t know if I’ll be cat sitting again and how easily I would be able to put them back up. I think I’d be able to do it if I just use some double-sided tape. Overall, it’s a good design and effective if you have a cat who pees over the side of the litter box.

These shields work well, and were very easy to install. The litter box walls must be clean, and free from any soap/oil etc. or they will not stick. When installing, be sure to overlap the shield pieces by at least a 1/4 inch, to be sure that there are no gaps, for any liquid to go through. While this is the correct way to install, it does leave a vertical seam, where each piece is connected. If you have a cat that pees against the side of the box, it does get in these seams. If this could have been one, seamless piece, the design would have alleviated that problem. This is a good value, and the shields do protect the floors.

Perfect to keep our dog out of the litter box. We leave one side without the plastic so the cats can get in and out of the litter box but place it in an area the little dog cannot access. The plastic pieces have sticky strip to adhere to item your using it for. Strong hold. I will order again.

Definitely was not worth my money. False advertisement honestly. The shield was not the same height nor length. There are still spots that are open wide enough where my cat can urinate outside of the cat litter box. (Which my cat will do.) But it clearly shows in the video and pictures of the product that there is no spots. Definitely would not recommend buying this.

This helps my cats from peeing over the litter tray which I had gotten it for that reason. I ordered a pack of 6 to put for both of my litter trays. That being said I had to use all 6 stripes for one tray because the first 3 were terrible. They wouldn’t glue to the tray so I tried to take it off and readjust but it didn’t stick back anymore. So if you get these get some extra to play with because once you take them off they won’t stick back on.

Use clear packing tape to seal the corners on the inside.
