These little things are so cute. They crack a fresh egg like a champ. I was hoping they would crack hard boiled eggs but, that was not the case. I had seen some reviews where it said these do both kinds of eggs. Hard boiled, and raw. I will say they were great on fresh eggs. They crack smoothly and I have found very little shells while using it multiple times. My kids like helping out as well for breakfast preps.
