Delivery was fast item came packaged well each item was individually wrapped. You have different options to grate or shred. My only complaint is that the rubber seal at the bottom of the machine doesn’t stick to my counter, which makes it hard to have that consistent flow and shredding. It could also be my countertop but it doesn’t stop me from getting the job done. Definitely would recommend especially for the price that I got it at.

Where the top twists onto the base is broke. It’s cheap made & the suction does not hold good. I’m 68 years old so nothing to do with my strength . This was only the 3rd time using it. So very disappointed . Make sure the unit is whole before you buy one.

Grates perfectly but does not stay in position on the counter, I’ve tried several different times and it never stays suctioned in place.

The product itself is great. Beware that they colored picture may not be what is received. If color isn't important you'll be fine. Just know you may or may not receive the red. It could be a really loud neon green. Gets the job done though.. also found cheaper on other platforms.

Try not to judge my stove. But I absolutely love this cheese grater. It does seem some parts are on the cheap side; like the handle. But it works. It's easy to clean & the base comes off so you technically only need to wash 3 pieces. The greater, the plastic part that holds the grater & the little "pusher" part.

Doesn't send everything thru the grinder. Like peppers, they slide around the side of the drum not chopping anything. Which doesn't matter because the 3rd time I used it on cheese and the handle broke.

If I could give this 10 stars, I would it is amazing to buy brick cheese and be able to get it graded. It taste so much better and the results are great. It does not do vegetable super well.
