The unit I purchased is good. It works the way it supposed to. It’s an air purifier. What’s even better is the customer service I received when I called this company.. if I could give them 10 stars I would. There’s super polite, helped me and were very prompt with their service. Highly recommended. If the unit were $20 more, I would still buy from them because of their service. Worth every penny.

Filtration system is in my 500sf woodshop. Yes, the unit is big for the space, but I didn’t want to tax the smaller size. While unit is loud, that seems irrelevant because I wear ear protection when sanding, planing, and cutting with the dust collector on….so the air filter doesn’t matter. It works well in my setting.The first remote failed in a week, and AlorAir struggled to replace it, eventually sending me an entire replacement system. Customer service was phenomenal (thank you Jen)!As a follow up....when I returned the original unit, I included the unopened hardware and exchanged the filters, returning as much new stuff as I could, seeing no reason AlorAir should have to replace them. Jen reached out and informed me they'd send a set of filters for my trouble. Great customer service and I'm very happy with the air filter system

I Highly recommend this system to your shop activities. It does everything you would expect a dust extractor to do! I have a TuffShed shop which is close to 900 square feet, and this unit takes care of the dust, smoke and my health, which is most important. I had an issue that needed to be addressed, and called the company, and from the first call and email, to the last, I was treated with true Professionalism and Promptness. They provided me with over the phone troubleshooting and also video tutorials for the issue. The chains that are supposed to allow it to be hung from the ceiling are not strong enough to hold it up . I hung it up and it held for a few hours but after the chain links opened up and broke from the weight of the unit it came crashing down onto the hood of my truck pretty much destroying the hood.I had to buy heavier chains that had welded links and that seems to be holding it ok.

I use this in a 1,000 sq ft woodshop. The reasons for 4 stars are: (a) it's very loud; and (b) I cannot find replacement outer filters. Having said that, it works great at cleaning the finest particles out of the air.

This air filter system is a great addition to my workshop. It came packaged better than anything I have received. There were corner protectors inside the box and ample padding inside. No rattles were noted before I installed it or after. The construction seems solid and the filter looks to be sufficient for my needs. I will need to see how readily available the filters are local for the future, but I am sure I can obtain them since they are of a consistent size to many other models. The remote works from any angle and is easy to use. The system returns to the last setting used when you power it back on. Only time will tell how well this holds up, but it seems like a great buy.

I bought this unit because I make a lot of dust in my shop, I picked this unit because it has bag filters and a throw away pleated filter in front of the bags, it also had the ionizer feature. After using it a few times every thing was great. This year I went to turn it on and it came on but soon stopped. The display continued to work, I could navigate through the speeds and timer but the blower would not come on. The display was green in color , in the manual if the display turns red this means sensor needs maintenance.Since the unit is less than a year old, I went to contact the manufacturer, no phone number listed in the manual or on the web sight. They request you to communicate using email, so I sent a email to purisystemssales.com explaining my situation in great details, it's been several days without a response.so I will send another email hoping for a response, I think the circuit board failed, no where to buy parts!I feel I like this manufacture has a poor customer support and better get there act together or they will be going out of business soon. I would recommend them to put there phone number on their web sight.Frustrated customer
