At first, my husband thought I'd purchased the wrong ones (they didn't look like our other ones), but then after searching online for an installation video and verifying these are the correct pieces we needed, we learned a few things.One, these are the correct pieces for my Frigidaire side-by-side (or French door).Two, there are two sides with different things on them. One side has a vertical, ovalish shaped thing and a long skinny peg, while the other side has two small pegs and a pointy bulbous piece. The long skinny peg is on the opposite side of the pointy bulbous thing.I learned that the bulbous thing side goes into the hole in the fridge and you need to use a rubber mallet to gently tap the long skinny peg in, but don't force it or you will make it go in too far and wreck the fridge wall (we had to trim off the extra of the skinny peg, there was just about a 1/4" to get trimmed off).The peg forces the bulbous thing open and spread out causing it to hold better. It's like those plastic things you put into drywall before putting a screw in, where the plastic bunches up or spreads out to prevent the screw from easily being pulled out of the wall.I hope this helps others. I am glad I found these pieces as they work great and it's holding the shelf perfectly. I still think they should have put instructions with the pieces, but I am thankful to others online for sharing how to install them. I hope my instructions were easy to follow and they help you DIY your fridge repair.

Ordered these clips for our refrigerator. The old ones broke off. These clips hold one of the drawers in the fridge. The clips were received early. The clips were easy to install, fit was perfect, so far we have not had any problems with the new clips.

Removing the broken piece was the hard part. Installing the new one was a snap. So happy to have my crisper drawer operating again.

Not known how to remove the old pin, used a large meat knife and removed it easily. Installing 20 seconds.
