Operating Principle
The Plant hooks pulley working priciple is in the opposite way to the seat belt. There is about 8 position. Each position is about 10 cm apart. The rope must be pulled slowly to get stuck in position.When you pull the rope quickly, you will always pull the rope to the end( the rope won't stop in the height which you want to).
How to block on different height ?
1.Take out hook
2.Pull down the strap rope perpendicularly to the ground on desired height, if it is has not block, do not immediately let go.
3.Pull out 1-3cm to block it with slowest speed ( suggest 10mm/s ), please make sure the goods weight is not less than 1.2kg or not exceed 15kg.
4.To higher, hold the plant pot bottle slowly up to the length you like and then release the plant.
5.To lower, hold the plant pot bottle up a little then let the plant weight helps fall down until the height you want , then you can release the plant

These are a short girl’s best friend! I recently got into house plants and wanted to hang some but being short, it was a pain every-time I needed to water or check them. Someone mentioned these pulleys so I ordered a set and they were easy to set up! They don’t lock into place unless there is constant weight on them, so I had to “Rigâ€It to hook on my tall plant stand while it was empty or rotate hanging plants as I take one down to be watered, otherwise I’m too short to grab the end. I wish they locked in place regardless if there’s weight on them or not!The only thing I might suggest was to make themin white so they blend in better with “most†ceiling colors. That chunk of black kind of stands out and possibly takes away from the plant focus.Customer service was outstanding and prompt, when I had a question. They seem to hold weight well and I’m sure I will be ordering more of these for other uses around the house!!

I ve had these for about a month. 3 out of 4 have stopped working. Wont catch.Ive bought similar item years ago and they lasted for years. So aggravating to lower a pot and water it and then cant get it to go back up and stay. You try a dozen times lifting heavy pot and nothing .Do not buy this brand!!Update: I sat down and took the 4 screws out to see why these werent working. Its not them its me. If you pull them down slow they catch.Apparently if you pull down fast they wont catch. Duh. So I guess they do work. Sorry for the bad review. Maybe a note in box stating " Pull slow" would have been helpful.

My return window closed Feb 9, it’s now Feb 18. The ribbon for one of the two pulleys I’m using has gotten twisted from going up and down. It won’t straighten back out so using the pulley to go up and down no longer works. I don’t see a way to contact support for a replacement and the product support link doesn’t address this.

Ordered (4) because of the price. Only needed (2). 2 have already broken. They are being used for way less than they are rayed for. Not sure if it was wind or poor craftsmanship / material choice. But 2 of them didn't last very long. Good thing we bought the 4-pack

I was so tired of water running down my arms while watering my hanging plants and it was just too difficult to take them down to water. I bought these in hopes they were going to do what advertized to do and was very happy with these. They DO work, but you have to get the hang on working properly, but once you get the touch right, they are the greatest help, just WONDERFUL to have. Makes my life alot easier and so much cleaner! Great product, and will definitely buy more. Price is right!

This product should be on every gardners list. Especially if you're petite like me. Very easy to use and the price is brilliant, remember you get 4.. I have actually seen them in a garden centre for this price but it's only for 1... You will not be disappointed if you buy these!!

Instead of using ladder to water now with these amazing pulleys the job is so easy.Just tap and lower then tap and raise.
