The product came in a timely manner and was reasonably priced. They worked good on the mop head but the material does not release the dirt very well when washed (rinsed by hand then washed in washer).

I like the steam mop very much. It takes out the dirt on my Tile floor. I have tile throughout the downstairs. I bought extra pads so I could just change them frequently. As soon as I see a dirty pad, I put on a fresh one and continue cleaning . It’s sooo easy. It works well. When finished I pop them in the washing machine.. Did I mention, it’s a lightweight mop. No drugerey.
