For my cookware set I needed two skillet handle covers to avoid the burns that are inherent to cast iron cookware. I sa the smaller lid/dutch oven covers as a nice bonus given the low price of the set compared to alternatives here that charge more for just the skillet handle covers.I leave the handles in place while i cook and so far the silicone material has held up well to the heat showing no signs of deforming or melting even in close proximity to an open flame. I will update review if this changes.The smaller covers will see less usage as they don’t attach firmly have a propensity to fall off. They will not stay on the cookware full time but will come out in lieu of my traditional pot holders.These are perfect for everyday use and i see myself gifting these to chef friends and family with cast iron pans who does not already have these. Cheap, thoughtful, pretty, and practical gift idea!

I bought these for my sister because I burnt my arm pretty badly when the handle of the pan bumped my arm. These are perfect for her pots and pans, and she loves them.

Bought this to help with moving my hot cast iron, but I it does not offer enough protection. Using a folded towel is more effective than this.

Pretty, but pretty useless. I purchased for a lodge 10†cast iron fry pan. But sadly it was a bit large for the handle. Worse the was too hot to handle even with only stovetop use. Pretty color though
