After several years of use, the flimsy membrane encasing the batting in my outdoor furniture cushions wore out. Instead of completely replacing the cushions, I bought these pillow covers to fit right over the disintegrating batting cover. These fit perfectly. Voila! No escaping batting. No new cushions required. No unnecessary expense. I'm good for at least a few more years.

These work great and add a layer of protection to feather pillows if the feathers start to poke through. Waterproof and the fabric is soft. I slipped a decorative pillow cover over it and now my living room pillows have been revived!

In my experience with this pillow cover, I can say that it definitely lives up to its promise. The pointy feathers no longer poke through, which has resulted in a more comfortable sleeping experience overall. Plus, I no longer have to constantly adjust my pillow to avoid these feather intrusions.That being said, there is a downside. Due to the extra layer that's been added to prevent feathers from poking through, this pillow cover ends up making the pillow feel a bit like an airbag. Every time you lay on it, it fills with air and needs to be deflated - which can be a bit of a hassle if you're someone who tosses and turns throughout the night.Overall, I would recommend this pillow cover for anyone who has issues with feathers breaking through their pillows. It definitely does what it's intended to, but just be prepared for a bit of a different pillow experience than you may be used to.

I was hoping that this sticky quills from the pillow would stay inside, they do not. Those buggers still find a way to get out and poke me in the night.

These do what they are supposed to. Feathers are no longer poking out of our throw pillows. I should have purchased these years ago!

These pillow cases are fantastic! I had these expensive pillows that kept shedding feathers EVERYWHERE. I found these pillow cases and put the inner portion of the pillow in them and there is not one feather that pokes through. I only wish I had gotten two more! You will be so happy with these.

Cannot buy cushion covers that are also feather proof, it's my understanding, from the UK. These are from the USA, slightly longer lead time than normal, but you are forewarned about this. Worth the wait and do the job perfectly
