I set up my low voltage backup system in my house with XT60 connectors as they can handle a lot of amperage for their size and are very popular. These XT60 plugs from MOOKEERF are a solidly built with a nice gripping area for disconnecting the plugs. The wires are a copper 10 awg wire with pre tinned ends and are flexible considering their size. My only complaint is it is obvious these wires were a connected pair at some point as you can see the black insulation line on the red wire. While this is not a big issue, it would have been nice for them to leave the wires connected for as much length as possible and we could have chosen how much needed to be separated.

I have a couple of these setup so I can plug a 24V LiFePO4 charger up to supplement my solar panels in charging my solar batteries. I also have another one of these to all me to hook up my EcoFlow Delta 2 to charge from my solar system. I get about 200 watts directly using this connector into the EcoFlow, but I can get 400 watts if I use mt XT-60 to XT-60i extension.I did have to crimp these into some 10 gauge solar wires I had in order to make up the length I needed.That said, they do everything I need them to.

I almost destroyed an input on an expensive inverter/battery system with these connectors. The first one I picked up, I plugged up and had alligator clips on to test things out and it just didn't seem right something was off. I couldn't figure out why it looked wrong. All the colors were matching, but the shape just didn't feel right colors weren't lining up. One of the 8 connectors had color polarity swapped. Had I energized the system I'd have just blown up a 2700 dollar inverter/battery.Double check these connectors and make sure the colors match the actual polarity for alllllllll the connectors.These xt60 connectors don't have polarity markings I'm familiar with. Most mark a plus and a minus on the body. These have an artifact that might have been a plus in the mold a long time ago.I'm not happy with this due to the risk of mismatched wire colors.

I've used a few of these and they're working great so far. Connectors work with the other XT60 connections, wires are a little stiffer than some of the fancier silicone wires, but came pre-tinned.

Really need an inch or two more wire - especially since I had to cut off the ends of the wires to eliminate the soldered globs on the end. ...normally I'd just clean up that glob with the soldering iron, but the connectors in my solar controller are a really tight fit for 10 AWG, & had to cut all solder out.So I give 3 stars as the 10AWG wire size is hard to find for XT60 connectors - if there were more alternatives with longer wires, these would get a 2 star.

These XT60 connects are nice. I needed a few of these for a solar generator build. Having the pigtails was really nice because soldering 10AWG wire to an XT60 is tricky without melting the connector. The thing that I wasn't a huge fan of is, that the listing says these are silicon wires. They are not silicone, the insulation is PVC without a doubt. The cable itself is 10 AWG and all copper. It's really nice quality, but it's not silicone. For my use case it's fairly negligible but if I wash pushing higher amperage through these wires I would be upset.
