I have a golf cart with a few of these knobs. From the golf cart manufacturer these are pricey. Theee fit perfectly and cost much less. Would definitely buy again.

Dropped my speaker stand while packing up after a show and both knobs shattered --- it was hard navigating all the replacement choices but these fit perfectly - as a side note, to know the right size there was a display in the hardware section of lowes to screw the old ones into to know the right size.

The threads have many minor dings. One had pits in the zinc coating.If you don't care about having to run them through a die to clean up the threads, these are cheap enough for low tolerance applications.

I used this clamping knob thumb screw to replace a broken handle on the mitre gauge of my table saw. it fits perfectly. The diameter of the screw head is small enough that it doesn't obscure the degree settings.
