These protective films provide good protection for the rubber on a table tennis blade. The films are made of a semi-rigid plastic that does not curl the way that the initial films that come on most good rubbers do. The adhesive works well to temporarily stick the film to the rubber and allows it to come off without leaving any visible residue.I am giving these protective films four (rather than five) stars because I have some other films that are attached together at the bottoms with a hole for the blade's handle. This design I find easier to work with and use. However, apart from that minor design criticism, these are very good; they provide good protection for the rubber.
