"I recently tried out a yoga bolster and a set of yoga blocks, and they have been quite beneficial in enhancing my practice. The yoga bolster is firm yet cushioned, providing excellent support for restorative poses and deep stretching. Its sturdy construction ensures that it maintains its shape over time, which is great for consistent use.The yoga blocks are lightweight and easy to handle, offering versatility for a range of poses. They provide the right amount of stability and support, especially for beginners or those needing a little extra reach in their stretches. Both the bolster and blocks are covered in a durable fabric that feels nice to the touch and is easy to clean.Overall, these props are useful tools for anyone looking to deepen their yoga practice or add a bit more comfort and support to their sessions."

LOVE this set of yoga blocks and bolster and strap. I am currently in yoga training and this set has been most helpful. I kind of wish the bolster were a little more firm, but it is workable and fine.

The blocks and strap are very nice. Normally the bolster is weighted to assist with deep stretching with yoga. The pillow is feather light.

No complaints about this set at all! Has all the components one might need to practice yoga or combine with a physical therapy regimen. The fabric is soft, comfortable to the touch. The bolster is the right size to be easily taken to/from yoga studio and it's about the same width as a standard mat so you can manage your space when around others. Good purchase!

I’ve recently gotten into yoga again after taking a 20 year hiatus and I was excited about getting this set to do some sessions at home. The blocks are pretty standard and a nice color. However, the bolster feels like it’s a large rectangular piece of hard foam wrapped in a few layers of batting and then enclosed in a cheap plastic cloth. It does have a decent cover and the color is pretty. If the bolster itself had felt a little more studio quality and pillow-like, I would’ve kept it but it’s very firm and plastic feeling. There’s actually a crinkling sound when you lay on it and you can clearly feel the squared edges of the foam block in the middle. I didn’t open the belt so I have no idea if it’s any good but it appears like it would be.Overall, I feel like if I didn’t have the money to invest in anything more substantial this would be an OK set to get you started. It certainly wouldn’t be a bad set to see if you’re into yoga and willing to invest more in a higher quality set later. Personally, I’m not settling on these and will return them.
