We use these to get the dough out of bowls when baking. They flex just enough to get inside the bowl and the curved edge helps a lot. The flat edge is good for cutting dough.Over all - very useful

Bought these scrapers to aid in my baking of bread. Despite being plastic they have a nice edge that easily cuts through the dough and scrapes the bits off the cutting board

These are my favorite baking tools.Scraping bowls, cutting dough, transferring, gathering bits together, folding. I like having different sizes as well. I replaced my old one after 15 years.
