I bought these to hold a duffle bag together on an airline flight. One of the clips of one of the straps was cracked right when I opened it. I just wrapped a piece of cloth over it so the crack wouldn't scratch or damage the duffle bag. The entire set lasted through the flight and everything stayed intact. I tossed the one bad strap and saved the rest for next year's trip.

I bought these to make sure it was easy to spot my suitcase and they worked very well. I also felt like I got an extra layer of security in baggage handling because they were securely fastening my suitcase. My friend and I both got them and it was really easy to find and organize our luggage on our trip to Alaska.

Dont expect to fit this around 25,26,27 inch suitcases. Barely fits a 22 inch. The images are misleading that you can put them lengthwise and widthwise.

So, weird, but I have 2 sets of these... one in black and one in blue for me and my kid.The black ones worked just fine, but my kid used these once and the buckle broke off? In the picture you can see that there is no part to insert into the buckle.she went to pick up her luggage and thankfully, she had put the straps thru handles or they would have fallen completely off.I can't return as it's out of the window time frame, but was so bummed as we don't over fill luggage, but this helps make sure if bags mishandled, it won't break open.Now, I don't have a set for her.Mine were black and worked fine, same trip... just weird, but notedTorn weather to buy again... probably not.

I once had a suitcase come down the belt half opened with bra’s hanging out the side. If I hadn’t been afraid my bras would catch in the belt, I’d have let it go around and pretend it wasn’t mine until everyone left. Instead I collected the suitcase and hanging bras to chuckles all round. I must have been red as a beet…. With these, I no longer fear collecting my bags from carousels. My luggage is easy to locate and securely closed!

Received the product yesterday in good condition. The straps are indeed 2 inch wide and strong which is required for international travel. The colour is bright so one can easily indentify his/ her own baggage from the conveyer at the airport and claim it quickly.I have yet to test the buckle during international travel.
