We live on a lake and when we scale fish the scales go everywhere! This makes is easier to clean up afterwards.

I think it is a good buy, price is just right for what you get.

I guess this must not have worked very well. I received a used one. Somebody must've tried it, it sucked then they barely cleaned it off and returned it. When I examined it, the idea is sound but it looks like the blades went dull and was uneven so I suspect the quality isn't up to snuff. Too bad, I liked the idea that it caught the scales to make clean up easy. Either way, I contact amazon as there is no "item was used" as a return reason and got a return label.

Didnt work as expected

This fish scaller does not work on large or small fish. The picture is misleading and the actual size is much smaller. You spend 4 times as much time trying to get the scales off. The plastic edge dulls and is utterly useless. It is made of cheap plastic and broke after a hand full of smaller pan fish. Get the traditional metal scaler or skin your filets. Cool idea...poorly executed.

Only 5 years kids can hold the handle . It is very very short.. waste of money..

Received the product it’s dirty inside even the package has been taped to close it. It’s not a new product very disappointed
