Had to rethread because i didnt realize the holes were placed in a certain way so but eventually got it enough that it worked out. It was really nice. Had a sweet 16 hello kitty party for my kid. They loved it. Held a lot of cupcakes. Couldnt put some of the cupcakes with the bow toppers inside because the toppers were to big but they fit on the edge and the top tier. Worked out fine. The light is on not sure if you can see it in pics but it is bright as well. Stable if screwed in good. It is acrylic so be careful with that. Easy to out together other than the lights were a bit of a pain but fine.

Very easy to put together, very sturdy even when cupcakes weren’t balanced on each side, and they looked very pretty on the table.

I really liked this product a lot. I used them for cookie displays at a wedding event I had. They were classy and elegant. I did not use the lights for this event because I felt like they were to noticeable, but they would be great for a little get together at home.

Looks great. Will work well for my wedding. Is larger than I thought so should definitely fit enough cupcakes. Directions are a little confusing though. Came wrapped in kitchen plastic wrap.

I like the cup cake stand its lovely the lights are a headache mine where to short for the last tier and be careful don't put it on a fabric I woke up to a chemical smell the light was defective and got hot on that fabric and burned a hole in it the small supplied buttons will not raise the stand enough to have good airflow you must put it on a none fire catching surface . the explanation how to string the lights is poor . but the stand when understood is glamorous hope this will help someone not to make my mistake you might assume that those lights won't get hot ,.....

Bought for my daughters wedding and 2 days prior to using, I turned the lights on to take pictures. I walked away as I was continuing to decorate and suddenly I smelled plastic burning. It unfortunately was one of the lights toughing the plastic, it was burning!!!!. This product came with two strings of light. We only had one strung through the product and i was using the other on another decoration but thought id better double check if it was okay ...IT WAS NOT!!!!!! One of the lights was black so it had burned at another time!!!! I am extremely bummed I cant use this beautiful cupcake stand the way I had purchased it but for now I'm counting my blessings

Ordered 3 and 1 will need to be replaced because the lights are extremely dim. The other two light sets are okay, but certainly not as bright as the photo portrays. You need to screw each layer together and then thread the very fine and easy-to-tangle light strings through the middle holes and the corner holes and each light string requires 3 AA batteries. It is tedious, however, the acryllic is very sturdy, well sized for dessert serving and a large enough size, however, I could not store these assembled, and will have to take them apart to store. This is to be used for a wedding, otherwise, not sure it is worth the hassle.
