I was worried when I opened up the box for this storage rack - there was nothing more than instructions, 5 shelves, 12 poles and a series of small plastic clamps. I was concerned when I saw that there weren't any screws/bits/etc, and I was doubly worried when I read the instructions and realized that no tools were required for assembly. I was expecting to put this together and end up with a cheap, clumsy thing that would buckle under the smallest bit of weight. Thankfully my fears were unfounded, as this is an extremely sturdy and well-designed storage rack.Assembly, unsurprisingly, ended up being really easy - all you have to do is attach the little plastic clamps to the poles and then firmly push all the pieces together. The whole process took about 15 minutes even though I was taking my time. The rack comes together nicely and the final product is surprisingly durable. It doesn't wobble around even a little bit, which is such a relief. Each of the 5 shelves holds 150lbs, and I've also had no problem hanging a few additional things to the sides of the rack using zip-ties and some S-hooks I had lying around. It also looks good too, at least for what it is.Overall just a fantastic storage solution. My only complaint is that I wish that the height of each shelf could be adjusted, as they each have to be put in one set position. If anything, I'd be happy with just a few different spacing options for each shelf, since I have a couple of taller items that don't fit. But considering the overall build quality, the ease of assembly and the affordable price, I'm still extremely happy with this purchase and can highly recommend it.

I got this to stow storage totes. Simple, effective rack to keep stuff safe, dry, organized on the shelves. I found them to be easy to assemble. I like that the pieces are universal so you can mix different sets to adjust the number and spacing of shelves on a rack. Tip when putting it together work your way up by putting the bottom shelf on the legs first. The shelves must be at the same height and I used small colored tape from my kids craft supply to mark my spots.

Pros:All parts were in the box and labeled correctly. Assembly instructions included. Super easy to put together. Fair price - $38.95 (shipping included)5 tier wire shelving. Shelves and poles were not bent.Cons:Fixed spacing! The 4 lower shelves have 12 inches of clearance between them. It CAN NOT be adjusted to increase or lessen individual shelf clearance because the poles have fixed hole locations.The middle and top poles have tapered ends so it slides into the pole below it. Gravity is keeping the shelf stable. If you decide to move the shelf be careful because the poles are NOT screwed into each other.The metal is thin and can be bent easily.Overall:It serves its purpose. Good for lightweight stuff.If you are looking for adjustable space clearance between each shelf, this is not the shelf for you. One of the Ad images shows the poles with incremental grooves on it for space adjustment - that image is incorrect.

First of all these are not heavy duty and I didn't expect them to be for the price of $45, but I just needed storage space for puzzles and they're heavy duty enough for that. Very easy to assemble. If you put the plastic shelf supports on the double-scored areas of the poles, that makes it easier to line all of them up. The only tool I used was a rubber mallet to tap them into place for a more secure fit. Two of the wheels have a lock feature, so I had to flip that up in order for them to roll easily. The only downside was packaging. The manufacturer used plastic spacers between the shelves and those got crushed, shattered, and shifted in transit resulting in some metal corners grinding against each other. One shelf had a minor bend in it due to insufficient packaging, but not enough to request a replacement.To the manufacturer: please replace those plastic spacers with something more sturdy and stable. Please use double-thick cardboard for all sides of your packaging.To the customer: if you're ordering shipped direct from Amazon, request that Amazon put it in another box to ship if that option is available. Might help with not getting any bent shelves, but probably will not help with that plastic spacer issue.

The rack itself is sturdy, easy to assemble, and very good value. We bought the heavy duty model and it works very well for us. I have a variety of these style shelves from over the years. This is what I would say is the "Basic" model. It's not cheaply made or anything like that it's just the low end model. For $59 it's a decently made product that will be perfectly capable of storage for laundry soap and other types of things in my laundry room. It is perfect for shoving in a corner/closet or other tight space. I wouldn't want to put anything too heavy on it out in the middle of a room because if you bumped it then it could fall over. Also note the poles just fit together. On other heavy duty shelving units they screw together. So let's say you had to move this it's best to move it from the bottom if you try to pick it up in the middle the poles could come apart.
