Received kit quickly but the hanging hook was manufactured without the captive nut that connects it to gauges. Sounds like a small thing but try using the gauges if you can’t hang them up. I emailed customer service ( not really expecting an answer) but they got right back to me! As soon as the part was identified they shipped a new one from China and it arrived DHL today. They kept me updated constantly during the process. Good tool andGREAT customer service!

this is junk item from china. it waste my refrigerant it wont sealed and keep purging. AMAZON selling this item for 1 day shipping it was a USED ITEM not NEW. how come this item from china shipped for 1 day through DHL? and you need to wait 3 weeks to refund you money once the carrier receive the junk item. IF YOU WANT A HEADACHE BUY THIS ITEM.
