I had been using an old hospital ceiling mount IV pole system that was rescued from a construction site trash hopper. I had mounted this on the ceiling in my workshop and I used it to hang my rotary tools off of and I used a flex shaft in conjunction with the rotary tools. I had been using this setup for years until the small wheel unit in the track finally wore out and I decided to replace it. Well, anything involving medical equipment is expensive but I was surprised to find that a replacement for just one of these wheel units would cost over $50!! I needed an alternative. I already had a number of Unistrut pieces on hand so, when I saw this EASGIU 4-wheel trolley assembly roller, I decided to order that instead of the hospital wheeled unit. The EASGIU 4-wheel roller is heavy duty and I am getting 2 pieces for less than half the cost of that tiny hospital wheel piece.I had to take down the IV pole unit track and I installed a long piece of Unistrut in its place. Now, this is overkill for a rotary tool setup but this Unistrut 4-wheel unit is working great and I don’t believe it will ever wear out. On the EASGIU 4-wheel unit I reattached the IV hanger and I am still able to hang my rotary tools off of that and it is so much better than that old hospital wheel. The 4-wheel trolley rolls smoothly and is absolutely perfect and I am really happy with it.

These hangers were very strongly built and should hold up just fine at the maximum rating of 280lbs each. This undoubtedly includes a safety factor of at least 2 --- but don't over load them. The roller bearings are connected by a swaged rod, so these are not repairable or replaceable. I am going to use them to suspend a small electric winch which I can use in a 1-5/8 inch standard strut channel mounted on my garage ceiling. I don't plan on hoisting anything more than about 250 lbs. so no problems anticipated.Overall, nice roller bearing hangers for strut channel lightweight use.

The quality of these trollies exceeds expectations. The bearings roll smooth, they fit nicely inside of 12GA strut, and the overall finish is high quality. The only issue, and it is a minor one, is the included eye nuts. They feel cheap in comparison to the trollies. The threaded holes are off-axis so the eye is about 10-15 degrees off center. They work fine for my purposes though.

These are a great way to move or suspend heavy items when combined with 1 5/8 standard UNISTRUT. I have mounted a UNISTRUT track to the bottom of my garage and shed along the length of them. Placing these trolleys inside UNISTRUT tracks and using a small hoist, D hooks along with solid link chains or ratchet straps is a great way to move heavy or bulky objects over other items in tight quarters. Do NOT use an open link chain like shown in the Amazon picture. These trolleys can help you suspend workpieces at a comfortable height and move them around as needed. If you have a large barn with an overhead loft, it would also be a great way to move objects into and out of the barn. UNISTRUT and its associated hardware can be purchased at most hardware stores in the electrical section. Weight capacities for 1 5/8" UNISTRUT should be consulted before moving really heavy objects. The trolleys themselves use grade M10 grade 10.8 bolts and the eyes appear to be cast. Consider using thread-lock on the eyes to ensure a secure fit. The "wheels" on these trolleys are heavy-duty roller bearings and are similar to floor dolleys that are often used to move industrial equipment. Using these trolleys combined with a UNISTRUT track system is a great way to work smarter, not harder.

I built a Unistrut (channel steel) track in my shop, bolted to the rafters. The purpose is to provide a means of holding parts and easily moving them when painting or powder coating. I'd tried other methods to meet my objectives but nothing worked all that well. Then I got these....The build quality of these rolling trolleys is wonderful. Just really well designed and highly precision. Each one has for wheels that are actually bearings. They sit solidly in the strut track without jumping off or getting stuck. They glide back and forth on the track with very little effort. I love using them.I've since ordered/installed several more sets that have really improved work flows. Such a simple concept but so well executed and great quality.I fully and wholeheartedly recommend these. The potential uses are vast. Great seller, exceptional product, and fast shipping. Great value!

I recently built out may attic with a lot of shelf storage integrated through the spaces in my pre-fab truss. I can't fully stand upright in my attic, so slightly bent over. I have a lot of tote bins and with any weight are difficult to move in or out of the attic. So these trolly assemblies are a Godsend for my back. I mounted a track of 1 5/8" uni-strut, simply slid in the trolly assemblies which are a great quality stainless steel and can support 770lbs. I then have a cargo next which I slide the tote onto and lift one end at a time and hook into the trolly hoisting eye and slide the tote easily to my attic access pull down stair. Great back saver and this item easily has many, many applications for use with standard uni-strut to use for track found at most any hardware store. Great item and works great. Super fast shipping

EASGIU 2 Wheel Trolley Assembly Rollers for 1-5/8" Wide Strut Channel - Garage Pulley System Hoist System (2 Pack-Silver)seems fine. will do the job i need it to do. however, received item looks nothing like the listing pictures. the listing pictures would lead you to believe it is a stainless type item, whereas it is likely a galvanized steel. also, the clearance between the wheel see bottom of track and the mounting hole isnt as large as seems to be suggested by the pics. i mean it all should work fine, it is just the pictures in the listing are pretty misleading.
