Great heavy boa... very saturated canary yellow. There are lots of downy feathers though. I took them outside and shook them well, not too rough, but just to get the extra fuzz and down out. They stood up well to the shaking. It didnt get it all out, but it helped a lot. For people in nicer outfits, or black, was tough. Everyone had fun and loved them for the photobooth, so it was all good.

This looks like the picture and would be good for a costume, the only thing is, it was a breaking apart easy, and it left a mess, like it keeps sheddiing. If it wasn’t for the shed, I would buy it, but it was too much.

This product was not the length I paid for. I needed it for a craft, and it was at least 8 inches too short. Plus, the feathers keep falling off. Not worth the price at all.

I purchased 3 feather boas for a Bucket List routine that I was lucky enough to perform with an incredible local band in Arcata, California. My Bucket list Item was to perform as a backup singer in a rock band. The colors and placement of the boas matched the colors and placement of the Armenian flag. I am a first generation Armenian. Two of my very dear friends performed back up with me. We had a blast, and we were very well received...for a trio of over 70-year-old women!!!

Just get a cheap one from the party or costume store. This is not like regular feather boas. It's a loose rope knit thing that doesn't hold the feathers. You could not wear this as a garment for any purpose other than to make feathers fly during a burlesque performance, in which case it would be disposable. Used it for a stationary decoration in a quiet room. Feathers still fly. Again, IF YOU ARE LOOKING AT THIS THEN YOU KNOW WHAT A FEATHER BOA SHOULD BE - THIS IS NOT IT
