I purchased a size 5 ring and it was too tight. Repurchased a size 5.5 and it was the exact same thing with a different size tag. Same fit and everything.I want my correct size. How do I send this back??????

Photos are very accurate and it is a nice looking ring. Color is very nice and very sparkly. I would say it's more transparent/clear than my real diamond ring but this is a nice dupe for travel and daily wear. As I've had it/been married longer, I'm a bit more protective over my real ring and tend not to wear it out as much and definitely not to travel which is why I purchased this one. Glad that I purchased and it does the job I was looking for. I am definitely satisfied with this purchase.

Washed my hands same day I wore the ring and boom and full cloud. Not a good material. This gem isn’t suppose to get cloudy. If I could rate 0 stars out of 5 I would.
