SEW ON

For some backpacks, hats, and heavy fabrics the iron-on method may not work well with heavy materials. If that is the case consider machine or hand sewing them on.

  • You can also sew on the edge of the patch to make it firm after ironing

HOW TO IRON

  • Heat the iron to a moderately high temperature that would not burn the fabric. (You can put cotton fabric on the patch to secure the cloth before ironing. )
  • Place the patch in the desired position & place a pressing cloth (handkerchief or pillowcase) on top to protect the patch.
  • Press the iron down for 15-30 seconds, depending on the fabric
  • iron from the front for 1-2 minutes, the main position are edges and corners
  • Let sit for 1-2 minutes until fabric is no longer hot.

I like the quality but there was not the amount of numbers that the set had been shown to have. My grandson was #44 and I made hats for my daughter and I, but there was only enough 4s for her to have his number

No directions for heat settings, stitching made some letters not usable. Not great adhesion.

I received all letters and a bonus ‘M’ letter. There are 2 of each letter and number which worked perfectly for what I needed them for. Letters do require decent heat if ironed on, seem to stick better being glued on. I tried ironing and had some fall off, so glued them the second time around. Sizing is as shown in the video as well. Decent quality for the cheap price!

DO NOT PURCHASE!!!! For the price you pay for these letters, you would think they would all be there. False! I was missing critical letters I needed. Missing 1 letter "M", 1 letter "F", 1 letter "P", 1 letter "R", 1 letter "S", 2 - letter T's, 2 letter "U", 1 letter Y" and an additional letter not as needed, but missing: 2 X's!This was for a women's crafting project. I am so upset as I had planned to order several more packs if they letters were all there. I had planned to return them, but opened them too late as I could not bring up the order to return. I don't have time to call about it. So be warned. You most likely will not get 2 each of each letter of the alphabet!

The iron on doesn’t last the test of a washing machine. Sew them on if you want them to stay

I used these to put my grandsons name on the back of his school fleece. He had lost three in a term - unsurprisingly this named fleece hasnt disappeared. Not sure they would work that well on clothes that are washed more often but the work on fleece so I imagine they would work well on cottons/polyester

En générale c'est un bon produit. Par contre, j'ai éprouvé quelques difficultées, selon le tissu à réparer. Sa colle une fois sur deux.
