I was actually surprised at just how heavy duty these rebounder boards are. I am guessing that they are made of high quality, dense pressboard that has then been coated with some type of thick plastic and/or rubber exterior coating. The rebounder is one large board with smaller side 'wings' attached with hinges on the back side. All the boards seem to be made rather weather resistant, but I am not sure about the hinges. The hinges though are very heavy duty and seem to be spring-loaded, for ease opening and closing; and for staying open or closed. The funniest thing I found about this rebounder board is that the people marketing it apparently seemed to not be familiar with the product and how to promote it. The wings on the side are cut so that the board can either sit up at 90 degrees, or recline slightly (at maybe 70 degrees) so that balls hitting it at the lesser angle will go airborne. All you have to do to switch from the 90 degree angle to the 70 degree angle is to flip the entire board upside down. The marketing people did not seem to understand this, although they did include a video showing a player using the board both upright and upside down. For my purposes, the 70 degree incline was not enough for me to get the ball to go as vertical as I wanted. So I boosted up the front of the rebounder board with a couple chimney bricks, then placed a few other bricks behind the board to provide added resistance (since my propping it off the ground removed quite a bit of resistance). And it has worked just fine.My suggestion would be to have the angled portion of the 'wing' be adjustable; something wherein the chosen angle can be selected with a metal peg in a notch, and then tightened with a knob. But that would be a serious upgrade. The only other thing I might want to mention is that I found it somewhat odd that none of the screws holding the hinges into place were countersunk, but instead had the entire screw heads poking out. I wondered why they might have done this. All I could think of is that by drilling out countersink holes for the screws, they would be making the holes thinner and therefore having less strength. But seeing this very sturdy and heavy duty product without countersunk screws just seemed odd to me. But still, a rebounding, er I mean a resounding, 5 stars!

The way this product is built does not allow for 60 degree angle bounces. The "legs" are too long and it does not fully lay on their angled portion. The most this provides for is an angle around 80% or so, meaning that it really can just be used for straight horizontal bounces. If you kick very very hard then the ball jumps up a bit but not as much as I have seen from pretty much any other rebounder with much less power.Overall appears solid build and sufficiently heavy but the above is a deal breaker for my needs.

This is a great thing. It is sturdy and heavy and passes the ball back well. It is great for indoor use for my little ones to get them started on soccer. I do see future potential for this because of how study it is.

At first I was skeptical. The build quality is top notch. It weighs a lot (don't put it down on bare toes... trust me), and it's been well thought out, with a small convex curve to angle the ball back towards the kicker slightly. The legs lock in place, and this thing ain't going nowhere. But it's small, at least as something you're trying to hit with a soccer ball. Imagining a 7 year old using this, I could imagine them missing 9 out of 10 times. But seeing how well it was made, I thought more about how to use it.You're going to need someone behind it, or a wall. A side of a house or barn perhaps. The goal becomes to hit the target with a low, controlled pass, but with enough velocity so that the ball returns to you. You know? Like a crisp pass in a game. If you miss, the other retrieves it and takes a turn, or you go on a short run to get the ball that bounced off the fence or wall behind. Your reward comes from not having to do that because you hit the board. So you're not going to be able to use this on it's own. but it still has a purpose. And it will last. I can't imagine this breaking any time soon. Is it worth the $100 they're asking. That's where it loses it's star. It is expensive. But if you can put your inner Scrooge McDuck aside and shell out the money, this is a very solid item.

This rebounder has been a great addition to the practice pitch we have in our yard. It was super easy to use right out of the box, and it does not slide (much) or get knocked over- even under heavy shots from adults. The uses are probably only limited by your imagination, but so far our favorites have been 1) setting it up in the goal and passing the ball into it repeatedly before finishing in a corner and 2) setting it up to create a "give and go" wall pass dynamic around a cone "defender." The target is nice because it helps you hit the middle of the board, and also is a check on your accuracy as you pass the ball into it.

This is a much nicer training tool than in was expecting. For starters it came fully assembled, so you just pull it out of the box and you're ready to go. It is extremely sturdy and very heavy. I mean the thing is just really solid. The arms on the back easily fold down for storage, and they have a button release to prevent them from folding in while the rebounder is in use. There are handle cutouts all along the top to make it super easy to just grab and move around. Definitely worth splurging on. It's well made.

The rebounder started bending 15 minutes after first use. Also would have liked it to be wider. Quality was not great.
