Way better than worrying about your rope winch getting caught in traditional snatch blocks. I use mine with a small ATV winch to move downed trees. You can easily run the rope around the outside, to another block around the outside THEN run the rope through the center of the rope snatch block, then, back to the second block through the center and back to the thing you're moving to double up your pulling strength again. This will make a 2,000lb winch pull as hard as a 6-8,000lb winch. It's painfully slow pulling that much rope but I once used a 2,000lb winch to move a 6-7,000 lb tree using 4 of these pulleys. The winch barely struggled.Definitely buy at minimum one of these blocks. It's large enough to allow larger ropes to work with bigger winches but will work just fine with a smaller winch and rope too. Very universal and great value for your money. Easy to use. Functional with most winches, light weight, looks great with a nice smooth finish with nearly no friction against rope. I will be ordering a minimum of two for every winch I own.

Good quality. A little stiff at first but after using a couple times softened up. Haven't used the ring yet but quality looks good. I'll be buying another set for our rides.
