Conjured a small coil loop and moved a magnet thru, a-la-Farady and the needle detected the change in force. (Always amazing, in and of itself.) Looking forward to more experiments. Also, rec'd first unit w/out instructions and in a container that was not in good shape. Returned item and had another w/in the week.
