Had to return it because it said it fits all thetford type II. Certainly does not fit model 42070. I found another kit.

This part, when worn out, will cause your toilet to leak continually. It could flood your bathroom and spell disaster! Once we figured out the issue, doing a replacement was east, a good value, and functions like the original. Watch a couple of YouTube videos to see hpw to accomplish this repair.

If you’re not completely removing the toilet have 2 small screwdrivers to put the spring and smaller seal in. Works great.

Don’t waste your money on the valve, buy the complete upper toilet with a new valve already installed.

I found it very difficult to completely install you must have everything lined up when you are installing the flush petal and it will go right on, good luck
