My son's scooter cord plugin had broken, just after pulling it out this spring, and we needed a replacement as soon as possible. We took a chance on this fitting his model that we bought on Amazon because it looked like the same cord from the pictures. We were so happy to see that from the moment it arrived and my son ran off with the cord and a look of hope in his eye, that the cord worked perfectly--and it did. It charged immediately, and it no time, he was back on the sidewalk.

While the adapter seems of good quality, the barrel adapter that allows it to fit Gotrax scooters is the most problematic part of the setup. I thought there may be an issue with the port on the scooter so I replaced it (twice).You have to twist the barrel adapter just right to get the charging light to turn red and begin to charge the scooter. I would have liked to follow up directly with the provider but did not see a way to do so.
