You can spend a lot of money on a violin case, but I don't think you need to. These economy cases protect the instrument very well, and they work much better than the old pressed-paper cases, or the ancient wooden ones.There's not a lot to say here that isn't covered in the product description. This case is lined with soft materials that won't harm your instrument's surface, and the internal shape holds the instrument snugly. Also, the bow holders are positive and well-made.This is a very good student case, and I like it. For the price point, it can't be beaten.Recommend.

I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of this small violin case. Especially because there was a Note in the reviews added by Amazon that this was an item with a high occurrence of Returm.It is well made and sturdy and will definitely protect a violin. If is not a large case of course but it does not claim to be. I ordered it because my regular large much heavier and stronger case doesn’t fit in my gym locker and this one fits. So I can bring in my violin inside in my locker when I work out and avoid leaving it in the car, a big no no because temperatures can be too cold or too hot. This case is perfect for my intended purpose.

Ordered two and only received one. It was a real pain trying to get a refund from this 3rd party seller -- filling out forms, waiting etc. We'll stick to Amazon-sourced products in the future.

Super light weight. Nice sturdy zipper. Nice sturdy hard plastic handle, not a cloth strap one. Good job on the cloth interior. My old Strad copy fits nicely with a little room to spare. To my surprise, my shoulder rest fits in up near the peghead. For 2 bucks I got some felt-like fabric at Wally to make a blanket.

This case provides good basic protection for my extra violin. It arrived in a simple cardboard box. It does feature a zippered compartment on the top and retractable shoulder straps on the bottom. I believe it is a good value for the money.
