I purchased this clock to use outdoors on my back deck and at my pool area. It is a nice, large, bright clock with big numerals that you can see from a distance. I purchased it because of the waterproof/water resistant capabilities since I would be using it outside. I keep it under an eve though just to be sure. But it has been in much heat, humidity, and moisture and works like a charm! Added bonus: It has a temperature gauge on it that works flawlessly. I absolutely love this clock! PS the battery compartment on the back of the clock is completely covered with a snap-on cover which is a nice feature.

I bought it to replace a cheap looking white, with black rim clock that died out after a couple of years. This hugh 12 inch, and beautiful bronze trimmed clock is almost mesmerizing watching the second hand slide around without the one second clicking motion, and totally silent movement. I put in a AA battery about 3 months ago, and it look like it will go a year on that one battery like my cheaper old one. Classy looking hands and numbers make checking the time a visual pleasure. Plus it took five minutes to hang up with a 1 1/2inch finishing nail angled up slightly, into my wooden wall in my living room of my over 100 yr. old house. But it would look great in a house, as it is just a great looking clock in any time.

Bought this clock to put outside in my kids playhouse and they love it! It’s the perfect size and they love that they know the temperature as well as the time very nice design and looks great!

Was looking for a 10" not 12" but fell in love with the style. Easy to read from anyway and the thermometer is a bonus. Good value for the price, hope it lasts!

This is a very nice clock. The trim around the clock is brown and really makes reading the time very easy. The delivery was on time, and I would recommend this clock/ The price is good and the clock is good.

The clock feels cheap (about the same as one you'd get from Walmart). Every week or so I need to fix the time as it falls behind, even with a fresh battery. About every 1.5 months or less I notice it has completely stopped and a new battery needs put in. The hands are about the same length with the bulge being slightly closer to the center on the hour hand. Kinda difficult to read at times. The distressed look is obviously fake up close, however at a normal viewing distance it doesn't look too bad. The thermometer seems pretty accurate. Wouldn't buy again because of loosing time and killing batteries. I have other analog clocks that haven't had batteries changed since before I bought this and they still keeps time.Not a problem with this clock, just a personal observation: The sweeping, non ticking (silent) second hand took some time to get used to. I dropped and broke the old clock that ticked so I was used to hearing that.

Doesn't tick, simple and clear to read. Love the age look to it as well.After hanging it up, it makes a noise different from ticking, but just as loud. Once down facing upwards, the noise was a lot softer.

This clock is a really good product. Other then looking great, the second hand has a continuous movement (no steps) making this clock completely silent.
