Paid about 50ish bucks, and the quality is great but pricey for being 3rd party, some may argue that it's pricer due to the good quality but 50 bucks might be a bit much maybe 40ish would be better, still love them though

Technic beams and gears can be pretty hard to get, especially since most are only found in big amounts in expensive sets.Although this isn't the original brand, they are close to the same quality. They don't feel cheap and work well in mechanism and with power functions.I would strongly recommend it if you like Technic and want to get more pieces without "breaking the bank".

We got it for our grandchild, a kid whose focus and fascination with technical subjects is beyond normal...I spent quite some time happily figuring out how the gears might mesh at various mounting angles, heights and bearings.This kit has cleanly made parts of an amazing variety to create your own personal Rube Goldberg devices!Price? Well, quality counts - as well as part-count... There's a lot of bits in this little box! So maybe the price is OK...
